  • NOC Enid names baseball player of the week

    Justin BrownNorthern Oklahoma College Enid baseball player of the week ending March 6 is Justin Brown.
    According to assistant baseball coach Scott Mansfield, Brown had a batting average of .714 over the past week’s games. He hit 1 home run, a triple and a double and scored 5 runs. He had 3 RBIs and an on base percentage of .833.
    “On March 2 at Butler (Kan.), he hit for the cycle—single, double, triple and home run,” Mansfield added.
    Brown plays second base for the Jets. He is a sophomore from Broken Arrow and a graduate of Broken Arrow High School.


  • Lady Jets Season Ends at Nationals

    Monday March 14th:

    NJCAA Division I Women's National Basketball TournamentThe Jets Women's Basketball team's season came to an end in the first round of the NJCAA Divison I Women's Basketball Tournament in Lubbock, TX.  The Jets were defeated by Eastern Arizona 58-55.  The Jets finished the season with a record of 27-7.

    This was the fourth trip to the national tournament for the Lady Jets and their second trip in the last three years.

  • Women's Basketball: Jets Reach Region II Finals: Headed to Nationals

    Friday March 4th:

    NJCAA Region II Women's Basketball TournamentNorthern Oklahoma College Enid Jets defeated Redlands Community College 51-50 in the NJCAA Region II Semi-Finals. They advance to the finals against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M at 2pm on Saturday March 5th at St. Gregory's University in Shawnee, OK.

    The Jets will also advance to the NJCAA National Tournament in Lubbock, TX as Region II receives two bids into the national tournament this year.  That tournament will run from March 14-19.NJCAA Region II Women's Basketball Tournament
