Originally, from Lamont, Oklahoma, Jill received her Associates of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Oklahoma College, her Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Early Childhood Education from Arkansas Tech University. She completed her Master of Education degree in Adult Education Management and Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Jill is currently taking coursework to complete her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University.

While not working and studying, she enjoys spending time with her husband David, who is retired from the U.S. Army and children; Madison, 22, who will begin working on her Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University this fall and Braden, 17, a senior at Pond Creek-Hunter High School.

Green said, “I want to thank Mrs. Snyder and the hiring committee for the opportunity they have given to me.” I look forward to continuing the hard work and dedication that Ms. Tickel-Hill gave to the role and I am excited to work with our donors and potential donors in order to create even more life changing opportunities for our students.”
