Voluntary employee and dependent life insurance changes and meetings

     Effective January 1, 2013, NOC's full time employee group life insurance, group disability and voluntary employee and dependent life insurance will be changing to Lincoln Financial Group. The new voluntary life insurance will replace the current Hartford Life Supplemental plan.
     There will be a special, one-time enrollment period for active eligible employees from November 5th through November 12, 2012. During this enrollment period, employees may elect coverage or increase their current voluntary life insurance coverage without having to submit a health questionnaire. During the enrollment period, you may also enroll your spouse and dependents, without submitting an evidence of insurability form.
     Employee group life insurance coverage and disability coverage will seamlessly transition to Lincoln Financial Group. However, employees who would like to enroll in voluntary life insurance are highly encouraged to meet with a Lincoln Financial Representative. Your personalized enrollment packets will be available at the meeting. If you would like to decline participating in the plan, you are still required to sign the enrollment form and return to HR verifying you are choosing not to participate at this time. Enrollment forms are due to the Human Resources office no later than Thursday, November 12th, 2012.
     For more information about the new plan, Lincoln Financial Group will be hosting group meetings on the following dates and times. The sessions should last no longer than 20 minutes.

Locations: Tonkawa W309; Enid GU112; Stillwater Rm. 175
Tuesday, November 6th, 2012
· 12:30 p.m.; 1:30 p.m.; 2:30 p.m.; 3:30 p.m.
Locations will be the same as Monday’s meetings.

     Enid employees can pick there packets up from Jackie Melson prior to the meetings. Stillwater employees can pick there packets up from Katy Wieland prior to the meetings.
     We strongly encourage you to attend one of the meetings. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you may pick your enrollment packet up from Charlene Flanery on the Tonkawa Campus, Jackie Melson on the Enid Campus and Katy Wieland on the Stillwater Campus.
