Foster Alum Students:
R is for Thursday (R4T): This program is for any person who spent time in an out-of-home placement (such as a group home or state custody) in any state or country from ages 13-18 (exceptions may be made for someone in an out-of-home placement at a younger or older age) and who is currently enrolled at, has graduated from, or is college-bound to an Oklahoma college or university. Help can include tuition, housing, and other expenses from various resources.

Single Parent Students:
Project Achieve and Project Achieve – EXTENDED: Project Achieve helps parents through education and training move their families towards self-sufficiency and re-entry into the workplace by meeting workforce demands. Project Achieve offers support to TANF applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and Project Achieve – EXTENDED offers support to single parent students who do not receive TANF.

Native American and Low Income Students:
The Cultural Engagement Center (CEC), within the Vineyard Library Administration building, provides student support services, cultural activities, and professional development. Also, other services such as tax preparation during “tax season” when available. Ted Moore, our Native American Student Success Specialist, will run the CEC by leading the development and piloting of culturally aligned individual coaching and other student support services. Criteria for qualifying households:
1) With at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and
2) With an address in ATT’s 21-state service area, at which we offer wireline home Internet service, and
3) Without outstanding debt for ATT fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.
Service availability and speed may vary by address. ATT will assign you the fastest of these speed tiers available* where you live.
Five plans ranging from 768 kilobits per second, for $5 per month to 10 megabits per second, for $10 per month.
