The Mission of the Northern Oklahoma College Wellness Center is to encourage the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle for students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community on the Tonkawa campus. We strive to create a safe environment where our members can achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life.

Age Restrictions
- Persons between the ages of 14-16 must be accompanied by an adult who is also an NOC Wellness Center member.
- Children under the age of 14 are not permitted inside the NOC Wellness Center.
Best Practices
Help us keep our facility safe, clean, and energy efficient by practicing the following procedures:
- Do NOT move weights, machines and mats from designated areas.
- Rack your weights.
- Wipe down machines after usage.
- Dispose of all trash.
- Turn off stand fans and televisions after usage.
- Observe posted hours age requirements.

Dress Code
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at ALL times.
- Open toed shoes such as sandals/flip-flops are not allowed.
Emergency
In case of emergency, dial 911 and wait for help to arrive.
Employees, Retirees & Community Memberships
NOC Fulltime Employees, NOC Retirees, Tonkawa Public School Fulltime Employess, City of Tonkawa Fulltime Employees, and Tonkawa Ministerial Alliance receive free membership.
Food, Drink & Tobacco Usage
No food, drinks, or tobacco in any form will be permitted in the weight room area except bottled water.
Hours
The NOC Wellness Center is open 5 am to 10 pm daily.
Loss & Theft
The NOC Wellness Center is not responsible for the loss, theft of, or damage to personal property.
Own Risk
Participants exercise at their own risk!
Profanity & Offensive Behavior
The use of profanity or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

Sign-In
All participants, upon each visit are required to sign-in.
