The NOC Cultural Engagement was created in 2017 through the federally funded Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions grant program. A larger-than-life mural painted by Osage artist Yatika Starr-Fields was added to the Gathering Space in 2021 through the philanthropic efforts of Mr. Hugh Pickens. The CEC serves all native students and their friends.
