I am thrilled to introduce myself, Ciera Kirby, as the Director of Alumni and Community Relations at Northern Oklahoma College. I’m honored to have the direct responsibility of providing meaningful programming and services for our alumni, while also fostering strong community relations on behalf of the College.
My mission is to encourage your involvement in college sponsored activities and help strengthen the lifelong ties we all share with our alma mater.
