Transcript holds on your account (placed by Bursar, Financial Aid, etc.) will prevent the processing of your official transcript request. Please ensure that no transcript holds exist before you request an official transcript.
The student’s signature or other verification of a student’s identity is REQUIRED to process a transcript request; therefore, e-mail and telephone requests for official transcripts will not be accepted.
Current and former NOC students may obtain official transcripts in person by visiting the Office of the Registrar on one of the three campus locations with a valid photo ID. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Summer hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Fridays. Transcripts will not be processed while the offices are closed.
