Many opportunities for tutoring are available for students who need additional assistance with classwork.  Northern Oklahoma College emphasizes quality teaching and accessibility for students by asking each faculty member to keep at least ten office hours per week to assist students outside of class.  These hours are posted on office doors and listed in course syllabi.  In addition, tutoring centers are staffed with a mixture of peer and instructor tutors on each campus to provide guidance for subjects in which students have traditionally needed extra assistance—math, writing, and science.  Please check the links to the left to locate campus-specific services, and click on the tutoring survey link if you would like to evaluate current services and/or recommend other tutoring services that are needed.
