Assistant Livestock Judging Coach - Tonkawa
SUMMARY: Northern Oklahoma College (NOC) Division of Agriculture and Biological Sciences is seeking an Assistant Livestock Judging Coach on the Tonkawa campus. This part-time position will be a 10-month, 30 hour per week appointment that includes a benefits package. The Assistant Livestock Judging Coach is primarily responsible for teaching, instructing, and implementing skills and strategy. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, tracking student progress, and promoting NOC Livestock students to other universities. Coordinator of High School and College Relations - Tonkawa
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Prospective Student Services, the Coordinator of High School and College Relations assists the college’s student recruitment program by representing the college on campus and in various communities. Housed on the Tonkawa campus but having multi-campus institution-wide responsibilities, the position is responsible for recruiting and corresponding with prospective students, promoting educational opportunities, and advising about general qualifications for college admission. This employee will assume other duties as assigned and will work on various special projects as they may arise.

- Develop and implement recruitment activities for traditional and non-traditional students to align with the Strategic Enrollment Plan.

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Financial Affairs, the Northern Oklahoma College Foundation, Inc (NOCF) Accountant processes and manages the daily financial activities of the Foundation. SUMMARY: Northern Oklahoma College is seeking a Head Coach to lead a competitive NJCAA Cheer program. SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Physical Plant Operations, the Assistant Director of Physical Plant – Enid ensures the support of the College’s commitment for providing quality facilities and grounds for the Enid Campus. SUMMARY: The Dean of Students (DOS) will serve as a leader and student advocate with students, faculty, staff and the community regarding college policies and procedures and higher education opportunities. The DOS will develop strategies to help improve overall customer service and overall student retention rates. Process and procedures will be developed to help close the gap of attrition rates and help improve overall communication and student satisfaction with the College. This dynamic individual should encompass high energy, student engagement and problem-solving capabilities. The DOS will oversee student services including student employment referral services, student activities, student government, and student support services for special populations to include student disability services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Oversee student conduct and discipline
- Oversee residence halls and personnel
- Coordinate campus security, crisis management, and crime reporting

Head Athletic Trainer - Enid
SUMMARY: The head athletic trainer will develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive sports medical program for intercollegiate sports. The head athletic trainer will also perform professional and administrative services essential for the successful implementation and development of the program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Develop overall sports medicine program for the College, including: injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury management, injury treatment and rehabilitation, educational programs and counseling for student-athletes.
- Provide athletic training services for the College’s athletic department, including attendance at scheduled team practices and home and away competitions as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule physical examinations and medical referrals for student-athletes to determine their ability to practice and compete.
- Coordinate the drug testing processes for the institution’s athletic department.
- Responsible for the education of the College’s students in the Athletic Training Degree Program.
- Work in conjunction with the coaches to ensure safety in the design and implementation of fitness, nutrition and conditioning programs customized to meet individual student-athlete needs.
- Schedule and coordinate athletic training student aids for coverage of all team practices and athletic competitions.
- Evaluate and recommend new techniques and equipment that would enhance the benefit of the sports medical program.
- Maintain accurate records of injuries, appropriate general treatment orders to be reviewed annually and approved by the team physician/supervising and submit accident claim forms to the appropriate personnel.
- Act as liaison between family physicians and specialists, athletes, parents, and coaches.
- Recruit and promote Athletic Training program to potential new students
- Assist the athletic director as requested.
- Supervise and facilitate any insurance claims processing acting as a liaison between junior college consortium’s insurance company (Summit America), the athlete, and all providers of medical services.
- Supervise and/or assist in the collection of required insurance information and forms from student-athletes.
- Secure proper insurance coverage for all athletes, including aiding the athlete in obtaining such insurance when needed.
- Serve as a Campus Security Authority.
- Maintain proper continuing education as required by the NATA BOC (certified by the NATA BOC and have state athletic training licensure).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Maintenance Technician - Enid
SUMMARY: Responsible for building maintenance, preventive maintenance and light repair for the Enid Campus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include
- Perform routine maintenance tasks submitted through the workorder system.
- Perform all required routine preventive maintenance inspection and repairs to mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance on fleet/college vehicles as assigned.
- Advise supervisor of needed maintenance tools, supplies and equipment and whether a repair requires a separate work order to a Maintenance Technician or the use of a licensed tradesperson.
- Perform daily inspections of all mechanical rooms as part of the annual preventive maintenance inspection.
- Advise supervisor of any concern regarding the condition or maintenance of equipment. Report any program compliance violations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with Maintenance Manager as necessary.
- Responsible for required record keeping within Maintenance Direct.
- Complete and submit all inspection forms and checklists within established timeframes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
