Career facts

The Associate in Science degree in Business Administration consists of 60 credit hours designed to provide the student with the first two years of general requirements for transfer to a four-year institution. The degree sheet provides a suggested curriculum. Alternate courses and electives should be selected carefully only after the student and the major faculty academic advisor have consulted the catalog of the selected transfer college.

The Business Division and specific degree programs accredited by the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

 

Education

 

In addition to the general education requirements, Business Administration students focus on Accounting, Introduction to Business, Business Tech, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and recommended business electives of calculus, speech, or internship.

Professional organizations

Kappa Beta Delta–Outstanding business students are invited to join the business honor society recognized by ACBSP.

The Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) provides future accountants with opportunities to serve as student members.
