The Northern Oklahoma College Fine Arts Division has canceled the College Choir, Madrigal Singers, and Concert Band Concert set for Nov. 19.
A video recorded concert is planned for December on www.noc.edu at a date to be announced.
The theme for this year is “Christmas in the Movies.”
