The following items are required to be considered for admission and must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office 90 days before the applicant plans to arrive on the Tonkawa, Enid, or Stillwater campus. Applications cannot be considered until all of the following have been submitted to the Registrar’s Office. When admitted, an I-20 will be issued.

  2. Official Transcripts
  3. English Proficiency Certification
  4. Financial Statement
  5. Insurance Verification
  6. Deposit
  7. Dorm Application

AN APPLICATION FOR PROSPECTIVE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL ALL STATED REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET.
