Loaner Laptop Program
To qualify for the program at NOC’s three campus locations (Tonkawa, Enid, Stillwater) you need to be an enrolled NOC student, have filed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and have been approved for a Pell Grant. International students must be approved by the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Registrar. The loaner laptop agreement form must be brought to the Financial Aid Department or the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Registrar first to confirm your financial status.
They can be used on and off campus for educational purposes only.
The loan and use of these laptop computers for students is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Application/Agreement form.
