Criminal profiler hosts seminar at NOC April 25
Noted criminal profiler and true crime writer Phil Chalmers will host a seminar at Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa April 25.
The event, organized by NOC Criminal Justice Instructor Troy Cochran, will be held at the Renfro Center. Tickets to the event are $149 each, $40 for NOC students.
Chalmers, who specializes in profiling dangerous people, is the author of the Teen Killer Whisperer and hosts the Where the Bodies are Buried Podcast.
The seminar will include extremely graphic content including images of sex, violence, torture, and death.
Training topics include causes, warning signs, and triggers of today’s dangerous killers. Also covered are school shooting trends, school safety plans, and many others.
The seminar is designed for law enforcement, school resource officers, dispatchers, counselors, probation officers, social workers, and victim’s advocates.

The program is brought by the Northern Oklahoma Foundation and Joe Lewis, Lectureship Chair in Criminal Justice.
