The Northern Oklahoma College Board of Regents meeting set for Wednesday, Feb. 10 has been moved to Thursday, Feb. 18 due to anticipation of continued inclement weather. Regents will meet at 1 p.m. in the Renfro Center at NOC Tonkawa.
