Dr. Cheryl Evans, President Northern Oklahoma College

Dr. Cheryl EvansDr. Evans received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications at Northwestern. She finished her Master of Arts in Communication at Wichita State University and her Doctorate in Education at Oklahoma State University. Evans is the thirteenth president since NOC was founded in 1901 and the first female NOC president. Dr. Evans has been serving as president at Northern Oklahoma College since June 1, 2011.

Dr. Rick Edgington, Vice President Enrollment Management; Registrar

Rick EdgingtonDr. Edgington received an Associate of Arts degree from Northern Oklahoma College in 1984, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Wichita State University in 1986, a Master of Education degree in Music Education from Wichita State University in 1988, and a Doctorate in Education degree in Higher Education Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2005. Dr. Edgington has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1997.

Jason Johnson, Vice President Student Affairs

Jason JohnsonMr. Johnson received an Associate of Arts Degree from Northern Oklahoma College in 1994, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996, and a Master of Education in Adult Education Management and Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2003. Mr. Johnson has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1997.

Raydon Leaton, Vice President Enid Campus

Raydon Leaton

Mr. Leaton received his Associate of Science degree in Business from Connors State College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Oklahoma State University, and a Master of General Education degree in Computer Business Applications from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Leaton has been with Northern Oklahoma College since 2000. He was an instructor for the Business Department, and the Jets Head Baseball Coach for 19 years. In 2019, Leaton lead the NOC Jets to their first National Championship, and in August of 2019 he became the Vice President for the NOC Enid campus.

Anita Simpson, Vice President Financial Affairs

Anita SimpsonMrs. Simpson received an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Oklahoma College in 1986, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1988, and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in August 1999. Mrs. Simpson has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1994.

Sheri Snyder, Vice President Development & Community Relations

Sheri SnyderMrs. Snyder received an Associate of Arts in Social Science from Northern Oklahoma College in 1991, a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Oklahoma State University in 1993, and a Master of Education in Adult Education Management and Administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2003. Mrs. Snyder has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1993.

Dr. Pam Stinson, Vice President Academic Affairs

Pam StinsonDr. Stinson earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Northeastern State University in 1987, a Master of Arts in Communications from Northeastern State University in 1989, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Composition/Rhetoric and Renaissance Literature from Oklahoma State University in 1997. She taught English at Northern from 1996-1999 and 2001-2008, and she served as chair of the Language Arts Division from 2006-2008. Dr. Stinson has been at Northern Oklahoma College since 1996.

Diana Watkins, Vice President NOC Stillwater

Diana Watkins

Mrs. Watkins earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education from Oklahoma State University in 1998 and a Master of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Oklahoma State University in 2007. She started teaching part-time in Language Arts at Northern Oklahoma College in 2005 and has been full-time since 2007.
