Application Process for the RN Program for Traditional Applicants
How to prepare for submitting the nursing application
- Apply to Northern Oklahoma College [link to NOC Application]
- Send all official transcripts to the NOC Registration Office
- Schedule for the HESI Admission Assessment (A2) Exam [link to Testing Center]
- Speak with your advisor to ensure you are ready to apply for the nursing program.

FALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE MARCH 1
SPRING APPLICATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 1
APPLYING FOR FALL SEMESTER START
• September 1 – Schedule HESI Admission Assessment (A2) [link to Testing Center]. |
• February 1 – Deadline to apply to Northern Oklahoma College [link to NOC Application]. Be sure you request official transcripts be sent to NOC Registration at this time. |
• January 25 – Currently enrolled NOC students only, optional application deadline for early acceptance consideration. |
• February 15 – Deadline for NOC to receive official transcripts. |
• March 1 – Deadline for Nursing Application for following fall semester. |
APPLYING FOR SPRING SEMESTER START
• April 1 – Schedule HESI Admission Assessment (A2) [link to Testing Center]. |
• August 15 – Deadline to apply to Northern Oklahoma College [link to NOC Application]. Be sure you request official transcripts be sent to NOC Registration at this time. |
• September 15 – Deadline for NOC to receive official transcripts. |
• October 1 – Deadline for Nursing Application for following Spring semester. |
Incomplete applications will not be considered.

If you have not yet applied to Northern Oklahoma College you will need to do so before completing this application for the NOC Nursing Program.
