Printing Services Department
The Printing Services Department, located in the Creative Arts building at NOC Tonkawa provides design, printing, copying, mailing and photography services for administration, faculty and staff of Northern Oklahoma College.
Printing authorization forms, signed by the Division Chair, the Vice President for Development and Community Relations and the Vice President for Financial Affairs must be submitted with each print job request. Printing authorization forms are available from Division Chairs and the Northern Printing Services or the Vice President for Development and Community Relations. Two weeks lead-time is necessary for all printed jobs.
Jobs submitted on disk must be saved in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign or Adobe PhotoShop in IBM format. All photos and artwork utilized in the file must be provided on the disk or USB. Northern Printing Services can accommodate flash drives, DVD and CD media. A hard copy of the material is required.
If guidelines for submitting material to be printed are not followed, Northern Printing Services cannot guarantee delivery on the specified date.
All copying jobs of more than 100 sheets and all college printed materials must be submitted to the Northern Printing Services Office. Individual programs or brochures must be approved by the Vice President for Development before being prepared for distribution.

Bulk Mailing
Bulk mail services is an available option to all NOC departments. To qualify as bulk mail the mailing must meet the following criteria: minimum of 200 recipients, non-personalized mail piece, domestic mail, standard letter/postcard. Bulk mail must be indicated when submitting a print authorization form. Any questions about bulk mail services, contact the Development Office or Printing Services.
Copying Services
Copy request forms must be submitted with all copy jobs. Copy jobs for Enid should be submitted on lavender forms, jobs for Tonkawa on the white forms and jobs for Stillwater on the salmon forms. Copy request forms are available from Northern Printing Services. For regular classroom materials for NOC Tonkawa, allow three working days lead-time. For NOC Enid and NOC Stillwater allow four working days, which includes courier time.
Study guides and/or syllabi sold through the NOC Bookstores must be submitted no later than eight weeks before the delivery date. Copy request for weekend seminars should allow one work week. Emails in word format are acceptable. Email to copy@noc.edu. Maintenance will pick up and deliver finished jobs. Deliveries will be made to client’s office or mailbox. Most jobs will be wrapped in plain brown paper with client’s name printed on the front. Client may put printing/copy request forms in the Northern Printing Service mailbox or deliver them in person to Northern Printing Services. Confidential materials should be sealed in a 9 x 12 envelope or delivered in person to Northern Printing Service.
Courier service to Enid and Stillwater is available. An extra day is required to facilitate delivery.

Photography
Photography used should be carefully reviewed for the following criteria:
• The photo represents the purpose of the publication
• The photo represents the integrity of the College
• The photo does not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws; or permission has
been granted by the originator.
All photos should be no less than 300 dpi and should be in CMYK mode.
